Our client, a global technology group, is looking for a HR Expert (m|w|d) for International Staff Assignments in the scope of direct placement for the location Heidenheim an der Brenz.

Tasks
- As an interface between the hydropower project and the central departments involved (HR, Tax, Legal, etc.), you will coordinate the development and description of personnel deployment concepts (expats, locals) depending on the respective project setup and ensure that project-specific requirements are met
- This includes coordinating the provision of input for assembly costing (e.g. working time model) as well as for detailed planning and implementation in project execution
- You will ensure the review of residence law (e.g. relevant work permits, visas, local employment requirements such as Local Labor Market Opinion), personnel tax law (e.g. double taxation treaties), labor law and social security law in our project country
- Together with the central departments, you will develop cost-effective working time models based on local working time regulations for our construction sites
- The coordination and development of labor contract extensions, local labor contracts and project-related regulations are part of your tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Completed studies (ideally legal studies/business law) and/or relevant professional experience (tax consulting, human resources - secondment)
- Your English and Portuguese language skills are fluent, both written and spoken; ideally, you also have a good knowledge of German
- You have a structured way of working, a high degree of solution and result orientation as well as assertiveness among your personal strengths
- You have the ability to explain complex interrelationships in a simple way.
- You also enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
