**Your Tasks**
- You will actively drive the (further) development of process valves for the paper industry.
- In this role, you will be responsible for defining requirements for the paper industry and ensuring their efficient implementation in development.
- You will drive market launches, build global sales and service structures, and enable them.
- Especially during pilot installations and the market introduction phase, you will closely accompany customer projects on-site, overseeing installation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- You will support regional sales and service locations and ensure the transfer of practical experiences and customer needs across locations and into product development.

**Your Profile**
- Study in a technical field and experience in handling international projects.
- Experience in valves manufacturing.
- Proven experience in building and supporting global sales and service structures.
- Extensive experience in dealing directly with customers in the paper industry, especially valve service, project business, and commissioning.
- Hands-on mentality and you enjoy of working in an international team.
- You enjoy global business travel (approx. 30% travel activity) to company locations and end customers.
