We are looking for a

**Head of Reception - responsible for two properties.**:
**Frankfurt**:
You will be responsible for the Front Desk operation of the two offices in Frankfurt and Dusseldorf, while being based in Frankfurt

**Covering**:

- the management of the small reception teams at both German locations
- continuous improvement of standards and quality measures at the front desk, including:

- Switchboard
- meeting coordination, preparation and follow up
- front desk operations
- guests satisfaction
- set up conferences and events
- operational planning of shifts and vacations
- organising events (internal, external, national and international)
- holiday and sick cover for your team members in both locations

**Your Profile**:

- strong experience in hospitality, people’s person
- attention to detail
- ideally some leadership experience already
- great communication and writing skills in German **and** English
- good MS Office skills, as well as experience handling modern IT, communication and (video) conference technology
- finding joy in covering and traveling between 2 locations
