**Role Overview ‍**

We are looking for an ambitious and versatile Student Assistant to support our leadership team in their daily processes - specifically purchasing and accounting. You’ll become an integral part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for supporting the team in day-to-day tasks, preparing negotiations with suppliers and vendors, supporting operations and improving the overall performance of our company. As such, you will have a tangible impact on growing Nanogami from three to twenty plus employees, whilst learning first-hand from our COO and CEO.

**What you will do**
- Research suppliers and vendors, requests quotes and support negotiations
- Prepare and maintain documentation of negotiations and purchases
- Support the accounting team and enter invoices and PO’s in accounting and controlling software
- Organise sick days, holidays, hour sheets and help new employees with onboarding
- Improving operations, management systems, processes and best practices
- Work with your teammates to set high goals — and celebrate success when we hit them

**Requirements**:
**Skills & experience**
- You are in your Bachelor or Master studies
- You have experience with excel and the ability to master new systems quickly
- You have strong communication skills and can balance different deadlines and priorities
- Your work meticulously and proactively on your tasks
- Willingness to work on a wide range of tasks and projects
- Optional: Experience in basic accounting
- Optional: Experience in finding vendors and negotiating conditions and contracts
- Availability to work for 10 to 20 hours per week
- Fluent in German
