**Marketing Lead Biosimilars, Germany (f/m/d)**
**About This Role**
The Marketing Lead Biosimilars is the strategic leader for all BBU marketing activities in the German affiliate and defines the local Marketing stagey in close collaboration with the German BBU-Leadership team and global Marketing. He/she provides leadership to the German BBU Marketing team (currently one Sr. PM HCP, one Manager Patient Communication, one Project Marketing Manager Nurse & PTA, one Program Manager PR and one Trainee) including HCP-, patient
- and nurse communication as well as PR. He/she guarantees that campaigns are planned and executed an a maximum impactful omnichannel way including KPI setting and tracking in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales Backoffice, CE&O etc.) Based on country market insights he/she is responsible to adapt the strategy to current needs to ensure that marketing supports the business goals in a maximum impactful way. Working cross-functionally with the local sales, medical and market access colleagues, he/she will drive the local brand planning process for the product portfolio to perfectly support our Omnichannel Strategy.
**What You’ll Do**
- Be the strategic leader for all BBU marketing activities in the German affiliate; local portfolio champion for the BBU product portfolio in the affiliate, and work cross-functionally to gain brand alignment
- Drive the x-functional planning process for the local omnichannel portfolio and brand strategy for the BBU product portfolio, deliver the brand plan, and implement/track/adjust marketing KPI’s (incl. full ICP responsibility)
- Guarantee, that impactful campaigns (local as well as global localization) are created and successfully rolled out in an optimal omnichannel way with mínimal viable invest
- Lead clear strategy and crossfunctional alignment for local Congresses, responsibility for content & booth together with the marketing and crossfunnctional team
- Responsibility for training the FF force on our strategy /new promo material with the Marketing team, drive the theme for cycle meetings
- Strongly Support external and internal Coms plan together with the PR Manager BBU to guarantee the right level of information and excitement in close collaboration with internal Coms
- Maintain a high performing BBU Marketing-Team
- Maintain an optimal spirit and structure to successfully work together within the marketing-team and beyond even in uncertain times.
- Align on common goals, lead and motivate the team to maximize output
**Who You Are**
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or other relevant disciplines. Preferred: Master’s Degree in the above-mentioned disciplines
- Typically 10-12 years in strategic & operational marketing or in product management in the German pharmaceutical industry
- First People Management experience preferred
- Very strong matrix management skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, align on common strategy and successfully guarantee flawless execution
- Influences the opinions and decision making of others internally or with external partners/vendor/customers
- Experience in handling a multi-franchise portfolio from a marketing side
- Experience with product launches preferred
- Sales Experience preferred
- Proven track experiences in successful omnichannel marketing strategies and projects
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, well-developed project management skills, result-driven
- Strong ability to collaborate with different internal stakeholder, with global teams and to handle business partners
- Language skills: fluent in German & English
