**How you will leave your mark**:

- Consolidate, monitor and analyze activities of our global marketing teams, delivering holistic and clear reporting including best practice sharing
- Support the development of project guidelines and briefs that provide direction for launches, marketing projects and asset development
- Ensure the smooth roll out of guidelines, and deliverables of key novelty launches to local markets
- Deliver post-campaign and post-launch reviews and analyses, reporting on KPI achievement, and development of key learnings
- Support cross-functional processes and information exchange with various teams within the Marketing department
- Ensure the maintenance of internal project management and communication tools, including the regular update of information and improving guidelines for users
- Steer and coordinate global exchange platform for markets incl. best practices, project ideas and general discussions

**How you will experience success with us**:

- You are a student (M/F/d) in business administration, marketing or comparable or are in a gap year
- You already gained previous experience in project management, and you are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong ability to pay attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
- Fluent in English
