Head of Internationalization

As Head of Internationalization, you will lead clockin into new countries: validate markets, build an expansion roadmap, execute it, and build a team around you.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will lead clockin into new countries.
- In doing so, you will be primarily responsible for developing clockin's internationalization strategy.
- You will be responsible for systematic market selection, including PoC planning.
- You will implement the internationalization operationally. From localization and pricing to go-to-market and initial deals
- You will independently take on the establishment and management of a cross-functional task force with relevant employees
- You will build your own team to achieve ambitious goals
- You will report directly to C-level management

**Your qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience with internationalization in a SaaS environment
- Very good English; German is a plus, but not a must
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong sense of personal responsibility
- Hands-on doer with a pragmatic approach
- Empathetic team player with a respectful, uncomplicated manner
- Leadership experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
- Enjoyment of building new structures and scalable processes
- You enjoy traveling and are flexible enough to take part in potential travel activities.
