**Das bringst du mit und baust es mit Elithair aus**:

- Mindestens **5 Jahre Erfahrung** in Sales Operations, **Revenue Operations** oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit starkem analytischen Fokus
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im **Sales
- und Unternehmenscontrolling** mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in der Effizienzsteigerung
- Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Nutzung von **CRM- und Sales-Tools**
- Starke **analytische Fähigkeiten** mit Fokus auf datenbasierte Entscheidungen und Performance-Steigerung
- Erfahrung in der **Steuerung und Optimierung von Sales-Prozessen**
- Fähigkeit zur **Zusammenarbeit** mit cross-funktionalen Teams und zur Implementierung strategischer Maßnahmen

**Wie deine Arbeit bei Elithair aussieht**:

- Verantwortung für alle operativen Sales-Prozesse von **Lead-Management** über **CRM-Optimierung** bis hin zur Pipeline-Analyse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem **Sales
- und BI-Team**, um Optimierungspotenziale entlang des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses zu identifizieren
- **Steuerung der KPIs** zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von **Effizienz, Forecasting und Conversion-Rates**
- Implementierung und Nutzung von Sales-Tools wie **Salesforce**, **HubSpot** oder **Pipedrive** zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von **Datenanalysen** und Berichten, um datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu fördern
- Optimierung der internen Prozesse, um eine **skalierbare Vertriebsstruktur** zu gewährleisten
