Sales Support Assistant

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a commercial employee for the internal sales department of our software products at the Ettlingen location.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Internal sales service with Oracle NetSuite
- Internal and external administration of orders, contracts and their processing
- Order-related ordering/purchasing from manufacturer/supplier
- Delivery date monitoring for customers
- Coordination and communication interface between customers, sales and manufacturer also in English language
- Preparation of customer correlations and structuring of existing information in the ERP system
- Supporting digital and live events (registration process, hotel bookings)

**Requirements**:

- Commercial vocational training
- Expereince of working in a similar Sales Support role (minimum 2 years)
- Good knowledge of the German and English language, both written and spoken
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Independent, self-reliant and customer-oriented way of working
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Organized and detailed-oriented team player with a positive can do attitude
- Ability to multi-task, keep commitments, and meet multiple deadlines
