**Role Summary**:
In the process of succession planning, we, Flowserve Flow Control GmbH in Ettlingen, are looking for a commercial order clerk in the office ( M/F/t ). In this function you will be responsible for the support and processing of our customer orders from the loading into our SAP system to the on-time delivery.

Responsible for a defined group of customers, you will act as a clerk in a team of 12 employees and work closely with the sales department and the internal quotation department, which is responsible for the technical and commercial preparation.

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:

- Processing / dispatching and support of customer orders
- Permanent monitoring of orders and telephone customer support on the processing side
- Order support and coordination from dispatching to delivery / invoicing
- Execution of different order forms ( make-to-order and stock orders, complaints and repairs etc. )
- Customer master data maintenance
- Order processing in customer portals such as SAP Ariba
- Cooperation with the specialist departments required for your task, such as order design, production planning, quality assurance, shipping, etc.
- Accompanying customer acceptance, visits and expediting.
- Export handling ( customs, IHK, preferences etc. )
- Letter of credit processing and bank guarantees according to contract conditions
- Customer order documentation

**Preferred Experience / Skills**:

- vocational training with a Business Administrative focus or a comparable education (e.g. “kaufmännische Ausbildung”)
- fluency in English
- fluency in one more foreign language, f.e. French is nice to have
- good understanding of MS-Office and SAP R/3
- team-player, motivated, engaged and flexible
