Aufgaben

**You will**:

- Oversee all legal issues related to our day-to-day business
- Prevent legal disputes, negotiate settlements and manage litigation together with our external legal partners
- Advise and provide legal expertise to our customer support team
- Pro-actively support product development to make sure our services run smoothly and compliant
- Negotiate deals and draft contracts with external partners and service providers
- Work with the Head of Legal and C-Level on challenging projects

Qualifikation

**Your past work shows**:

- Fully qualified lawyer (2. legal state exam), ideally with 2-4 years of work experience as an attorney at law or an in-house position
- Strong analytical skills that allow you to quickly understand and implement legal solutions in a pragmatic and simple way
- Self-starter attitude and a good understanding of business issues which allows you to quickly tailor faultless legal solutions
- Excellent command of English and German both written and verbal, including the ability to draft complex legal documents but at the same time explain complex legal issues in a simple way
- Expertise or proven interest in real estate, litigation and dispute resolution. M&A, GDPR and consumer protection law are a plus
