Perfekt Als Legal Counsel /Syndikusrechtsanwalt / Jurist (w/m/d) bearbeitest Du in einem kleinen Team sämtliche juristische Fragestellungen, die uns im IT-Umfeld bewegen. Abwechslung ist garantiert Dein Themenspektrum reicht hierbei vom Vertrags
- und Telekommunikationsrecht über IT- und IP-Recht sowie Produkthaftung bis hin zu nationalem und internationalem Vertriebsrecht. Und das sind Deine Aufgaben:

- Ansprechperson für die Geschäftsleitung und Fachabteilungen in allen juristischen Fragestellungen, insbesondere in der Vertragsprüfung, -gestaltung und -verhandlung
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kanzleien sowie Rechtsabteilungen unserer Kunden und Lieferanten
- Bearbeitung von Rechtsfällen und Beurteilung von juristischen Sachverhalten
- Umsetzen regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen bezüglich Unternehmens
- und Produktanforderungen

**Wir suchen jemanden wie Dich**:
Als Legal Counsel /Syndikusrechtsanwalt / Jurist (w/m/d) bei AVM denkst du vorausschauend und bist bereit, dich immer wieder in neue juristische Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten. Dir fällt es leicht, konzeptionell zu denken, komplexe Themen für Nichtjuristen verständlich aufzubereiten und pragmatische Lösungen zu finden, teilweise gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen. Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Interesse am IT-Recht runden Dein Profil ab. Und idealerweise erfüllst Du noch diese Voraussetzungen:

- Erstes und zweites juristisches Staatsexamen (Ausbildung zum Volljuristen)
- Mehrjährige juristische Berufserfahrung in einem Wirtschaftsunternehmen oder einer Wirtschaftskanzlei
- Kenntnisse im Vertrags-, Telekommunikations-, IT- und IP-Recht, Datenschutzrecht sowie zur Produkthaftung bis hin zu nationalem und internationalem Vertriebsrecht und dem eCommerce-Recht
- Koordinationsgeschick, Sorgfalt und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Spaß, in einem technisch ausgerichteten IT-Unternehmen zu arbeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
