**FILM & SMART SURFACE SOLUTIONS (F&SSS)**

Film & Smart Surface Solutions (F&SSS) are currently active in more than 50 countries. The main production location is in the UK, with plans in place to realize a second production location in Asia. Our R&D and Technical centers are already in all three territories, Americas, Asia and Europe.

Our target for the F&SSS division is to become the market leader in the in-mold electronics space for the automotive industry. As the industry transitions to unprecedented new levels of vehicle connectivity and autonomy, the consumer demand for clear and efficient control and information presented as part of a stunning automotive interior at the human-machine interface, grows rapidly. This is a unique opportunity to be part of this division to gain substantial market share.

Our most recent division capitalizes on emerging trends in human-machine interfaces, displays and in-mold electronics in the automotive industry. The division combines our extensive offering of specialty films for the industrial and automotive industries with our developing portfolio of flexible and formable conductive and non-conductive inks. The combination of these products with our in-depth materials and process expertise enables our customers to create formed, structurally rigid three-dimensional automotive controls and displays, that are at the forefront of modern cockpit aesthetics and functionality.

**Job Purpose**:

- Grow the Automotive Film sales in the geographic responsible area.
- Achieve budgeted sales revenue and profit for the Automotive Film sales in the assigned geographic markets.
- Commercially manage all direct accounts and Tier-1’s.
- Develop existing accounts by building relationship and support our customers growth.
- Actively search for prospects convert those into new customers to grow the business
- Present MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions Automotive Film related products to accounts, prospects and Tier-1s
- Actively support OEM Managers activities and promote Automotive Film system business

**Responsibilities**:

- Better than budgeted sales growth.
- Sales forecast accuracy better than +/- 5%.
- Get Tier-1 and Key account plans in place for 80% of business.
- Work daily actively to fill the sales funnel in ATLAS with evidence of new business gains.
- Track the success of new product/variant introductions.
- Strong and supportive relationships within the company.
- Regular commission and personal objective payments.
- On time reporting.
- Market activity is planned effectively in advance, fully documented including up to date calendar.
- Proactive approach to managing geographic markets, business plans, provide market intelligence, action plans, prospecting, and ATLAS use.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in selling.
- Technical experience/appreciation of all products.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build successful multi-level relationships, external and internal.
- Recognition as the primary MacDermid Enthone contact in each of geographic markets.
