We are looking for a

**Student Assistant Digital Marketing (gn)**

part-time (20 hours per week). The contract shall commence as soon as possible and is limited for two years.

The Digital Marketing unit is concerned with finding the best minds for the Hertie School's graduate programmes, working closely together with our colleagues from the Recruitment, Admissions and Funding team. The team manages all digital marketing efforts to attract prospective students for the Master of International Affairs, Master of Public Policy, Master of Data Science for Public Policy, and Executive Master of Public Administration programmes.

Your tasks:

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to set up recruitment events on the website and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform.
- Provide support in managing and optimising social media ad campaigns and Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns.
- Assist in adapting templates for flyers, brochures, and ads to cater to regional target markets.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the website and landing pages with relevant and up-to-date content.
- Maintain leads in our CRM, ensuring data accuracy and helping to identify qualified leads.
- Other administrative support

Your profile:

- Currently enrolled as a university student in a relevant field of study.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, and/or online advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing graphic design tools, such as Canva, Meta ad manager, google ad manger, for creating and editing marketing materials.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce and/or website content management systems (preferably Typo3) is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of working efficiently under pressure.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for digital marketing and communication.
- Interest in social sciences, education, or related fields is desirable.
