We have recently closed a financial transaction to merge with Tier. Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries.

**THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER-DOTT**
- Responsible lawyer for DACH region and all HQ (currently Germany) matters;
- Support the General Counsel with all Corporate and Commercial matters;
- Draft and negotiate a wide variety of legal agreements with a focus on commercial and corporate contracts;
- Assess, advise, and regularly report on legal risks, while proposing constructive solutions and challenging business decisions from a legal perspective;
- Advise and update internal stakeholders on laws and regulations that impact Tier-Dott's business.

**YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 10 years of relevant working experience (comprising both in-house and law firm) ;
- You are a generalist with significant experience in corporate and commercial matters (including fundraising transactions);
- Admitted attorney in Germany;
- Fluent in German and English;
- Excellent business judgment, interpretation, and communication skills;
- Proactive attitude and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
