Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate / Real Estate (EMEA)Location: Hybrid Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support its expanding operations across Europe. Following continued growth and new investments across the DACH and wider EMEA region, this role offers close collaboration with the General Counsel and an opportunity to help shape the group’s legal and commercial strategy.This position is ideal for a commercially minded lawyer with strong corporate and real estate experience, looking for a strategic, business-focused role within a fast-paced international environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease agreements.Provide legal support across corporate and commercial matters within EMEA.Advise on investment initiatives, including funding rounds and potential capital market activities.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.Partner with senior management to align legal compliance with business goals.Coordinate with external counsel and manage cross-border legal issues.Strengthen governance frameworks and drive process improvements.Act as deputy to the General Counsel, with clear progression opportunities toward a regional GC role.Requirements:Fully qualified lawyer in Germany (Zweites Staatsexamen).5–8 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate and/or real estate law.Background in a leading law firm or international corporate environment.Strong transactional and commercial understanding.Proactive, pragmatic, and confident operating independently.Fluent in both German and English.What’s on Offer:Flexible hybrid arrangement (approx. one week per month in-office).Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects.Defined career path toward a General Counsel EMEA role.Supportive, high-performing international team environment.
