**Job Title**: Growth Hacker / Digital Marketer**
**Role description (purpose, accountabilities, scope) **
The client company is a B2B tech-enabled life sciences company. They are building the first digital voice-powered lab assistant that aims to close the real-time documentation gap at the bench. It helps scientists document when their hands are busy using voice, thus helping them focus on their work and not on tedious documentation. By simplifying lab documentation, the aim is to contribute to creating more efficient, complete, and high-quality research. This enables us to accelerate scientific discovery and tackle the biggest challenges of our time.
**Role description (purpose, accountabilities, scope) **
**What you will be doing**
- Help generate new leads through different means to build a robust pipeline within the EU and US life science market
- Analyse and report on campaign results, conversion rates, and other KPIs
- Optimise the usage of our website as one of the main tools for lead generation
- Helping to optimise how our leads are handled within our CRM (we use HubSpot), through collaboration with the sales team
- Help create high-quality content such as landing pages, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, infographics, and videos
- Creation and optimization of landing pages
- Identify key contact people within companies and follow up on leads
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies and tactics to generate leads
- Deploy marketing campaigns and manage their implementation from ideation to execution
- Build strategic relationships and manage freelancers, agencies, and vendors
**Required skills **
- 2-4 years min of experience in digital marketing or demand generation, preferably at a technology company
- Experience working with B2B companies
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage and motivate
- Experience working with HubSpot and essential campaign management tools and platforms (Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and Account-Based Marketing tools
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Proactivity, a results-driven and can-do attitude while being a team player
- English (strong verbally and in written form)
**Desired skills**
- Experience working with life science companies
- German (nice-to-have)
- Full-time dedication (at least 35hours/week) to this project (ideal)
**Personal attributes**
A-game talent, but likeable. A team player who really wants to understand the company and drive results through experimentation. A generalist with various experience in mktg, building pipelines, analysing campaign results and conversion rates, data-driven, results-oriented, hands-on, can be remote. They like to work with the right people, someone not driven by the book but will experiment and make it work for their company. Someone that will immediately produce results and deliver more than talk the strategy. (internal notes)
