Als Leiter Business Resilience warten viele spannende Aufgaben auf Dich - einige davon haben wir unten aufgeführt.
- Entwicklung von Vorschlägen und Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe
- Verantwortlich für die Erlangung und den Erhalt von Zertifizierungen im Rahmen der Informationssicherheit in den Geschäftsbereichen der Süwag
- Wahrnehmung der Funktionen Information Security Officer (ISO) und Business Continuity Manager der Süwag Energie AG
- Entwicklung der Sicherheitsstrategie der Süwag in Abstimmung mit dem Security Board
- Verantwortlich für die Etablierung und Überarbeitung von internen Standards, Regelwerken und Richtlinien für IT- / OT-Sicherheit, ISMS, BCMS und Gebäudeschutz
- Festlegen der Anforderungen zu Segregation of Duties (kritischen Berechtigungskombinationen)
- Entwicklung von Konzepten, Vorschlägen und Maßnahmen zu IT-Sicherheit, ISMS, BCMS und Gebäudeschutz unter Berücksichtigung der relevanten gesetzlichen und normativen Anforderungen sowie der Besonderheiten der Geschäftsbereiche der Süwag
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der vorgegebenen Standards, Regelwerke, Richtlinien und Maßnahmen durch die Fachbereiche
- Überwachung von Sicherheitsvorfällen und Unterstützung bei der Reaktion auf Vorfälle und Incidents
- Verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Risiko-, Bedrohungs
- und Schwachstellenanalysen sowie für die Ausarbeitung regelmäßiger Sicherheitsberichte
- Bewertung und Management von Risiken und risikomindernden Maßnahmen
- Mitwirkung im Rahmen des technischen Risikomanagements
- Mitarbeit bei Steuerung und Durchführung von Schutzbedarfsfeststellungen, Business-Impact-Analysen und Notfallplanerstellungen
- Konzeption und Durchführung von internen Schulungs
- Sensibilisierungs
- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Beratung der Fachbereiche in sicherheitsrelevanten Fragen
- Abstimmung mit relevanten Stellen innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens

**Du hast das gewisse Etwas, wenn Du**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes stellenspezifisches Studium (z. B. Dipl.Informatiker (m/w/d), Dipl.Wirtschaftsinformatiker (m/w/d) etc. hast
- Langjährige Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung im AufgabengebietFundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Grudschutz (BSI), ISO27001, CISA, CISM, CISP, T.I.S.P. mitbringst
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Methoden, Verfahren und Systemen im Bereich der Informations
- und Prozessdatenverarbeitung besitzt
- Ein Verständnis und Interesse für die Anwendung von IT-Technologien im Security-Umfeld hast
- Dir bereits Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Sachverhalte der Energiewirtschaft aneignen konntest
- Hohe Beratungskompetenz, analytisches Verständnis, konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten zu Deinen Skills zählen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift hast
- Bereitschaft zur ständigen eigenverantwortlichen Weiterbildung mitbringst
- Diskret bist
- Den Führerschein Klasse B besitzt
- Eine hohe Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit zu Deinen persönlichen Eigenschaften zählen
