**Your role**
As a (Senior) Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the research and development of innovative products across all business units. You will be responsible for executing and managing stability tests, developing and implementing new analytical methods, and working with multifunctional teams to deliver high-quality, science-backed formulations. This role requires a strong foundation in analytical chemistry, formulation science, and method development.
- Design, execute, and evaluate **stability tests**, including **method development** for new product concepts across all business units.
- Develop and implement **new test methods** for product and ingredient characterization (e.g., **particle size distribution**, **foam behavior**, **rheology**, **surface tension**).
- Drive **formulation development**, including the planning and coordination of **external ex-vivo and in-vivo testing**.
- Work independently on R&D **projects**, from concept development through to evaluation and documentation.
- Maintain and troubleshoot **HPLC systems** and additional **analytical equipment**, ensuring accurate and efficient operation.

**About you**
- Degree (BSc/MSc) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in **formulation development**, **analytical method development**, and/or **stability testing**.
- Hands-on experience with **HPLC** and other analytical techniques.
- Experience with **rheology**, **foam testing**, **surface tension**, or **particle size analysis** is a plus.
- Ability to **work independently**, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Native-level German and proficient English** skills are required for effective communication and presentations.
