**Your role**
The Technologist / Senior Technologist Encapsulation is crucial to the development and optimization of biodegradable capsule systems. This role will focus on laboratory tests and process improvements in encapsulation, spray drying, and release properties of microcapsules and matrix particles.
- Develop and optimize encapsulation systems.
- Conduct laboratory tests on encapsulation processes and spray drying.
- Investigate and enhance the release properties of microcapsules.
- Analyze and characterize microcapsules.
- Perform patent and literature searches.
- Document and evaluate experimental results.
- Analyze and interpret data from tests to assess the performance and release properties of microcapsules.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop new encapsulation technologies and processes.

**About you**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemistry, Process Engineering, or related field, or Chemical Laboratory Assistant with relevant experience.
- Experience in encapsulation, polymer chemistry, or emulsions is a plus.
- Previous hands-on laboratory experience and a deep understanding of microcapsule characterization.
- Hands-on experience with spray drying processes.
- Strong team player, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in **German and English**, SAP, and MS Office.
