As our Founders Associate, you will be the right hand, sparring partner and confidant of the founders and learn everything you need to kick off your entrepreneurial career

Aufgaben

**Growth strategy**: You support the founders not only in day-to-day tasks but also help to position the company as a market-dominating player by building and executing go-to-market strategies.

**Operational excellence**: You will tackle all problems regarding the scalability of processes and operations within the company, from finding new warehouses to building the first CRM.

**Fundraising**: You will assist the founders to navigate the fundraising process. This includes defining their fundraising strategy, work on investor relations, and learning how to perform the perfect pitch.

Qualifikation

**What you need to succeed**:
Skills & Experience
- You are currently studying as a Bachelor, Master, or MBA student. We are open to applicants from various academic backgrounds, incl. STEM, business, social sciences, law, and more.
- First internship experiences in start-ups, digital companies, or consulting are of advantage.
- You are business fluent in English. Fluency in German is a plus.
