Wir suchen für unsere Abteilung People & Culture
in Hamburg zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Aktives Recruiting, auch im internationalen Kontext, z.B. Betreuung von Jobportalen, Anzeigenschaltung, Kommunikation mit Bewerber:innen und Führen von Vorstellungsgesprächen
- Ansprechpartner:in bei der Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in personaladministrativen Angelegenheiten
- Organisation und Betreuung des Onboarding Prozesses von neuen Mitarbeiter:innen
- Verantwortlich für die Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben (z.B. Zeugniserstellung und unterstützend im Vertragswesen)
- Gestaltung und Begleitung von spannenden People and Culture Projekten
- Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit dem Betriebsrat

Ihr Profil:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Jura, Wirtschaftsrecht, Psychologie oder vergleichbar) mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich People and Culture
- Erste Kenntnisse in der Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie im Personalrecht sind wünschenswert
- Hoher Grad an Eigenmotivation und Engagement sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit der MS-Office Produktfamilie sowie IT-Affinität, erste Erfahrungen mit der HR-Software Rexx von Vorteil
- Hohes Maß an Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretion, selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent sowie Teamfähigkeit
