The EMEA People & Culture team's purpose is to empower people managers, elevate the employee experience, and build on our foundations to support the organization to grow. a day in the life: what you'll do
- Partnership with Regional Managers to truly understand business & talent needs
- Lead the implmemetation of core HR cyclical activities, delivering training and parterning with managers on follow-through actions
- Independently guiding managers through Employee Relations cases and determining approaches / minding of precendents
- Leading implementation EMEA initiatives/projects relating to engagement and retention, change management as defined by the HR managers
- Manager coaching and advice on complex people matters (e.g. performance, absence, conduct)
- Supporting HR managers with org design and change management projects
- Holding business to account for upholding culture and behaviours
- Making recommendations on compensation offers
- Compiling and analysing people data metrics and providing recommendations
- Helping with payroll matters where nessesary

Qualifications, skills & experience
- 5 - 8 years' HR experience
- Ideally some experience as senior advisor / business partner
- Employment legislation understanding for European countries; Specifical experience in Germany, and ideally Nordics, Netherlands and Swizterland.
- Fluent German and English speaker
- Experience leading Employee Relations cases, ideally in Germany, other European countries would be beneficial

Your role is classified as Hybrid under our global SSC Hybrid Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed at predominantly from Germany - Berlin
