You’ll be part of a team who help attract, keep and grow our talent by improving the employee experience. You’ll do this through data driven people programs whilst building a competitive rewards portfolio.

**Job Description**:
**What you can expect**
- Support delivery of executive & global compensation programs and processes, in alignment with market practice and group strategy.
- Support performance review process.
- Assist job architecture and grading implementation.
- Support a yearly benchmarking process and perform compensation assessments to identify market comparability.
- Perform an assessment of internal pay data to identify trends and offer suggestions for improving equity and strengthening the company's position within the market.
- Support communication and change management for implementation of Compensation programs.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Strong experience of compensation or rewards within an HR team.
- High level of affinity to and experience with digital reward solutions.
- Experience with Compensation module in SucessFactors or Workday Advanced Compensation desired
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets
