**For at least 3 months and up to six months**Your tasks**:

- Research target group specific trends and derive actionable recommendations
- Gather insight on social media creators for potential collaborations
- Community management across all relevant social media platforms
- Identify and track user generated content (UGC)
- Support in digital asset management (DAM)

**Your profile**:

- You are a student in the field of marketing, communication, business administration or a comparable course of study
- Your passion is Digital Marketing and Communication - here you show a high level of self-initiative
- Initial work experience in social media, CRM or digital marketing would also be great
- You have the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with other departments such as eCommerce and PR & Influencer
- You are interested in remote and virtual team structures
- You have strong communication skills within an international team setting
- You should have excellent spoken and written skills in English, as we are an internationally operating company and have employees from all regions of the world
- You know your way around common social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube as well as Reddit) and have both in-depth knowledge and a good understanding of them
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office
- If you have previous experience with Sprout Social, Trello, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Google Analytics, that would be great - but it's not a requirement
