- ** Job Summary**

The **Master Electrician** plays a crucial role in supporting the Regional General Site Manager and Site Leadership by contributing insights to identify key success factors for the Electrical Department. The role involves providing leadership to establish organizational structures and processes necessary for the effective execution of construction and maintenance services. The Master Electrician oversees electrical services, ensures quality assurance, evaluates subcontractor performance, and manages construction costs.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience as an Electrician.
- Must have at least 2 years of Team Lead / Supervisor / Management experience.
- Requires U.S. State or UK certification / Licensure as a Master Electrician or equivalent.
- Requires experience in both British and American standards.
- ** Basic Qualifications **(Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience as an Electrician.
- Must have at least 2 years of Team Lead / Supervisor / Management experience.
- Requires U.S. State or UK certification or Licensure as a Master Electrician or equivalent.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of BS7671 18th Edition and US National Electric Code.
- Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to establish and implement organizational structures and processes.
- Requires experience in overseeing construction and maintenance services.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
- ** Must be a European Union citizen**:

- Additional certifications related to electrical services.
- Familiarity with industry-standard electrical safety practices.
- Proven track record of effective subcontractor management.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical design principles.
- Experience in developing and maintaining cost and person-hour budgets.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of BS7671 18th Edition and U.S. National Electric Code.
- Must be a familiar with Fluke Multi-Functional Testers used in BS7671 Testing and inspection.
- Must be knowledgeable with regards to electrical codes and EU standards.
- Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to establish and implement organizational structures and processes.
