Master Data Specialist

**Join our international team in Munich as a Master Data Specialist (M/F/d)**
- **
Product Master Data**: You create and maintain master data of all EGYM products from hardware, through software to services (including Bills of Materials and pricing data) across various business tools (Arena, SAP, Salesforce, Internal tools)
- ** Supply Chain Master Data**: You work with Production and Procurement teams to create and maintain Production and Supply Chain master data in SAP (i.e. set up of Production models, Logistic models, MRP Runs)
- ** Data Quality**: You investigate data-related system errors, and perform data cleansing tasks in coordination with relevant departments, as well as participate in change processes for master data-relevant updates
- ** Mass Data Maintenance**: You support data migration and mass data maintenance activities within relevant systems
- ** Documentation**: You create work instructions and document procedures related to master data processes, as well as provide input for EGYM data catalog

**Your fitness level**:

- ** Qualification**: You hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Logistics or similar
- ** Business Tools**: You have hands-on experience in maintaining product and supply chain master data in SAP environment. Ideally, you have also worked with PLM & CRM systems
- ** Technical Collaboration**: You have a good understanding of hardware product configurations/specifications supported by professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing company
- ** Detail Orientation**: You have excellent analytical skills, and are extremely attentive to detail
- ** Independence**: You are able to work independently given the proper guidance and support structures
- ** Language skills**: You are fluent in English; German is a plus

**Your training goal for your first 6 months**:

- ** Process Understanding**: You have developed a deep understanding of our product & supply chain master data structures, as well as our data management process landscape
- ** Tool Proficiency**: You are familiar with the relevant business tools, understand dependencies between them, and effectively familiarize yourself with EGYM teams using the tools
- ** Operational Excellence**: You execute Master Data service desk tickets in a timely and accurate manner
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: You are valued as a competent contact partner by your key stakeholders, and you have established good relationships with them
