**Role Overview**:
As the Director of Finance at DeepOpinion, you’ll play an essential role in shaping our financial strategy to support the next phase of growth. You’ll oversee and optimize all aspects of finance, from investor relations and fundraising to operational finance and CapTable management. You will leverage your analytical skills and strategic vision to help guide our leadership team, ensuring that our financial foundation is robust and scalable. Your contributions will be crucial as we navigate our growth journey.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop a scalable financial model and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support data-driven decisions.
- Provide insights on financial trends to enhance overall financial health and growth of DeepOpinion
- Lead investor relations and fundraising efforts, preparing documentation and engaging with investors in first conversations.
- Represent the company’s financial strategy to current and potential investors.
- Oversee finance operations, including accounting, payroll, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Enhance finance processes for scalability, accuracy, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Manage our CapTable and V/ESOP tracking, ensuring accuracy and alignment with HR and company growth.
- Utilize analytics to inform strategic decisions, identifying risks and growth opportunities.
- Advise leadership on long-term financial planning and growth initiatives.
- Ensure proper financial planning and budgeting.
- Develop scalable financial policies and procedures that reflect our core values.

**Your profile**:

- Experience in finance leadership, ideally within a scaling company in the AI space or B2B SaaS experience.
- A successful track record in investor relations and fundraising, with demonstrated success securing funding.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- A meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy without losing sight of the big picture.
- Exceptional organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
