**Job Summary**:
**Contract Details**: Part-Time (approx. 19 hours/week), fixed-term for 1 year

**Position to be filled**: as soon as possible

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Participation in daily business operations in the area of compounding
- Support of the department manager and Sr. Specialist Compounding
- Sub-project management of improvement projects
- Communication with interface areas
- Preparation of data analyses and presentations
- Planning and optimization of process flows
- Leading a Kaizen event/project

**Education**:

- Advanced studies in engineering (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry, or similar fields)

**Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong technical understanding and quick comprehension
- Structured and systematic approach to work
- High degree of team and communication skills
