**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support of the QA/QC Department in Daily Operations
- Support and execution of projects
- Improvement of process workflows
- Manual data collection and analysis of production and test data
- Preparation of data analyses and presentations
- Support in document management and archiving

**Education**:

- Advanced studies in the fields of natural or engineering sciences (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry, or similar)

**Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Proficient use of MS Office
- Good English skills, both spoken and written
- Strong technical understanding and quick comprehension
- Structured and systematic working style
- High level of teamwork and communication skills
