**What We Offer**
- **Competitive starting salary**:€34,000 (no degree), €35,000 (Bachelor’s), €37,000 (Bachelor’s + B2-level German)
- **Uncapped commission structure**:Year 1: €50K-€55K, Year 2: €70K-€80K, Year 3: €90K-€100K

**Your Role**
- Manage the **full recruitment lifecycle** - from job briefings to successful placements
- Drive **new business development** using tailored sales strategies
- Source and qualify top talent across the **DACH region**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and achieve team goals

**What We’re Looking For**
- Fluent **English speaker** (essential - our Munich office operates in English)
- German language skills are a plus, but not essential
- Must have the **right to work in Germany** (we cannot provide visa sponsorship for non-EU citizens)
- Based in Munich or planning to relocate (within 40 minutes of Werksviertel)
- Strong communicator with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset
- Ambitious, resilient, and eager to learn
