**Company Description**

We are looking for a

**Head of Sales (M/F/d)**

**to the next possible date**, based in Frankfurt.
- As Head of Sales Germany (M/F/d) you will manage our entire sales team in the office and in the field
- You develop new sales strategies and plans and are responsible for their implementation
- You identify new business opportunities and markets
- Occasional travel activities to maintain customer relationships and develop new business partnerships are also part of your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for the entire sales budget and monitor compliance with sales targets

**Qualifications**
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or information technology or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- You have well-founded Sales experience within Telecom and Data Center industry
- You have obtained managerial skills in related Sales roles
- Your way of working is characterized by a strategic and process-oriented way of thinking
- You have good presentation and negotiation skills and are a strong communicator
- Very good written and spoken German and English as well as good IT skills round off your profile
- We expect a willingness to travel and flexibility
