Working Student

**The Role**:
In this working student role, you will have the opportunity to learn about software delivery management by supporting our delivery/project management team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with planning and tracking complex software development initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.

Through hands-on experience, you will gain exposure to agile development approaches, requirement documentation, resource allocation, schedule management, and more. This role offers an excellent way to see firsthand how large-scale IT projects are successfully managed from conception to launch.

**What you'll do**:

- Attend scrum meetings, reviews, retrospectives and planning sessions to gain hands-on exposure to agile software development
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to track key project metrics using business intelligence tools
- Schedule and facilitate working sessions to discuss project status, issues, and risks
- Collaborate with IT developers, business analysts, and leadership stakeholders on a daily basis
- Enhance documentation by reorganizing Confluence pages, standardizing templates, and streamlining content for better accessibility

**What you bring to the table**:

- Relevant work experience through internships, working student roles, or extracurricular projects focused on planning, engineering, product development, or other strategic functions
- Passion for continuous learning and ability to tackle unfamiliar challenges
- Resourceful self-starter who takes initiative in delivering quality results
- Strong time management abilities and discipline to prioritize critical tasks
