At **KWS Berlin GmbH**, we are seeking a motivated **Working Student** **(M/F/d)** **with 20 hours/week**to join our international recruiting team in **Berlin**. With a focus on immediate impact and growth, we invite you to join our community of passionate HR professionals.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to our international recruiting team in daily tasks and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with the team to translate and edit job descriptions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- ** You are currently enrolled at a German university with at least one year remaining in your studies,**pursuing a degree in economics, human resources, psychology, social sciences, or a related field.
- A genuine interest in human resources, with previous experience in recruitment being a plus.
- Demonstrated high levels of dynamism, self-organization, and independence.
- Excellent written and spoken English, and proficiency in one (or more) of the following languages**:French, Italian**, Spanish, Polish, and or German.
