Als Accounting and Internal Controlling Specialist (w/m/d**)** berichtest du an den Senior Accountant und Project Manager Finance

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung im Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschluss nach IFRS und HGB
- Sicherstellung der zeitgerechten und korrekten Verarbeitung von Geschäftsvorfällen im Hauptbuch sowie Übernahme von Vertretungsaufgaben im Bereich Hauptbuch
- Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Genauigkeit der Buchhaltungs-, Finanzprozesse
- Weiterführung des rechnungslegungsbezogenen internen Kontrollsystems sowie Einbindung weitere Funktionsbereiche in das interne Kontrollsystem
- Implementierung des internen Kontrollsystems bei den ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Selbst-Audits im Bereich des internen Kontrollsystems

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkten in Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung und oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Erfahrungen mit SAP von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrung in internationalen Unternehmen
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch und die Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Engagement runden Ihr Profil ab.
