**Die Rolle**:
Du bist ein/e geborene/r Gastgeber/in? Aufgeschlossen und ein echtes Organisationstalent? Als ultimative/r Gastgeber/in ist ein natürliches und herzliches Willkommen dein 1x1?

Unter der Leitung des Assistant General Manager gehörst du als Gesicht von Locke zu den wichtigsten Mitgliedern der Rezeption. Du sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise wie zu Hause fühlen (wenn sie überhaupt gehen wollen).

**Das sind deine Aufgaben**:

- Erlebnisse schaffen, von denen Gästen begeistert ihren Freunden erzählen
- Als Experte die Umgebung kennen und Gäste mit neuen Ideen inspirieren
- Das freundliche Gesicht für Gäste, Auftragnehmer und Besucher sein
- Reservierungen und Anfragen online, per E-Mail, am Telefon und persönlich mit positiver Energie verwalten
- Mit unserem vollen Vertrauen hast du es in der Hand, in Eigeninitiative Gästebeschwerden und operative Herausforderungen selbst zu klären
- Als aktives Mitglied des Teams an Meetings und Entwicklungssitzungen teilnehmen

**Deine Voraussetzungen**:

- Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Rolle
- Intuitiver Kundenservice
- Natürliche Überzeugungskraft und geschickter Umgang mit Erwartungen
- Nachweisliche Vertriebsfähigkeiten
- Zuverlässige Entscheidungsfindung
- Sicher schnell Handeln und kalkulierte Risikobereitschaft
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Schrift und Wort
