**TL;DR** - We’re building the healthcare workforce for tomorrow. Our AI receptionist Luna is already automating patient communication in medical practices today. As the market leader in orthodontics and with a recent major funding round under our belt, we’re now scaling into additional medical specialties — and you’ll work at the heart of our company. As Founder’s Associate, you’ll help us build praxipal and will grow professionally along the way.

**Why Praxipal?** The shortage of skilled professionals is the biggest challenge in our healthcare system. Tens of thousands of positions remain unfilled each year, and demographic shifts are only making things worse. Medical practices rely on our AI receptionist Luna to reduce staff workload and keep care accessible for everyone. We’re growing at record speed and recently closed a seed round with one of Europe’s leading VC investors — and we’re just getting started.

Cross-functional collaboration happens naturally here — in your day-to-day, you’ll work closely with Daniel, Martin and Julius.

- High level of diligence and attention to detail
- Solid business acumen with a working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and automation solutions
- Proven reliability and integrity
- Natural connector who proactively seeks out information and builds relationships across the organization
- German and English at a professional level
- It’s a plus if you have prior experience with startups, management consulting, VC or within other fast-paced work environments

**What You’ll Do** In one sentence: You’ll work alongside our leadership team on finance, operations and Go-to-Market - you won’t just observe how a company is built, you’ll help build it.
- Organize a successful, efficient recruiting process across engineering and GTM
- Structure and optimize internal processes through automations and AI
- Support our CEO on finance, people and investor-related matters
- Organize our presence at industry events as well as our own customer events
- Support the GTM team on various projects, initiatives and upcoming tasks
