HR Business Partner

As HR Business Partner you are the central link between the People & Organization (P&O) team and your defined area of support. You are a consultant for our managers regarding all topics along our employee lifecycle. In this role, you will ensure that the People & Organization products are meaningful, user-centric, and results-driven for the business **Your impact**: - Drive the implementation and use of P&O products among the leaders you support. You enable your client group to use P&O products and gather essential feedback from the business to both develop new products and optimize existing ones - Consistent communication out of P&O to your support area with a focus on creating understanding and visibility of P&O offerings. You empower leaders to achieve their business goals using the global initiatives from the P&O strategy. Your focus will be on both ground-breaking issues and the employee lifecycle - Develop and deliver valuable products and services to employees from conceptualization to launch - Driving organizational transformation and cultural change in the Viessmann Group **Who you are**: With your strong emotional intelligence and communication skills, you can relate to our different target groups - from our employees to external partners. You find it easy to communicate in German as well as in English.
