**Job and Team**:
The Software Architect is a technical advisory role responsible for helping our customers realize greater value from DAI solutions and services. This role works with the customer across executive, IT service owner, enterprise architects and development teams alongside our customers journeys.

The goal of the Architect is to ensure DAI customers achieve business outcomes and realize value from investments in DAI software.

**What you will do**:

- Analyze business objectives and related technical requirements into an implementable software architecture
- Development and execution of customer success plans.
- Act as a customer advocate involving pre-sales, sales, R&D, and support and peers in professional services
- Develop positive relationships with customer leaders at all levels of an organization - from CIO and business leaders to IT authorities, professionals, and architects
- Translate business objectives into analytics roadmaps, identifying a series of data visualizations that will help customers make informed business decisions leading to realization of value
- Understand customer source system data architecture and translate into analytic data structures vital for data visualization
- Provide consultative engagement with IT leaders to explain deployed data models including both traditional analytics and data science, machine driven models
- Develop data visualizations and train customer users how to create their own data visualizations

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in technology-related field, Computer Science or Engineering preferred and 10+ years in customer-facing jobs.
- 5+ years of experience IT consulting: as a pre-sales consultant, technical account manager/customer success, enterprise services architect or consultant, product manager or owner, and/or IT enterprise architect
- Experience working for a software product company in a SaaS delivery model
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
- 3+ years in Analytics or Reporting focused role
