Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with agile development in Scrum or Kanban
• At least 2 years of experience with JIRA and Confluence
• At least 1 year of experience with documenting functional requirements & technical solutions
• Business fluent German
• At least 3 years of experience as a solution or software architect for market-relevant products
• At least 3 years of experience with the development and description of scalable architecture models
• At least 3 years of experience with the design of microservices & Rest APIs (OpenAPI / Swagger)
• At least 3 years of experience in describing and documenting

Requirements
Evaluation criteria

• Certification as an enterprise architect, e.g., from Oracle
• Experience with framework knowledge in iOS and Android app development (Kafka, Swift, Kotlin, etc.)
• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Experience with authorization frameworks, in particular Open Authorization 2.0 and OpenID Connect
• Experience with framework knowledge in website creation (React JS,
• NodeJS, Springboot, Quarkus, NPM, Coremedia CMS)
• Experience in data protection and knowledge of relevant regulations
• Experience in the healthcare sector
• Experience with security-compliant development, e.g., according to BSI-TR-03107 & BSI-TR-03161
• Experience with development according to OWASP Top 10 & OWASP Mobile Top 10
• Experience with documentation of technical solutions according to standards such as arc42
• Experience in the statutory health insurance environment
• Experience in projects with data protection requirements according to EIDAS Substantial/High
• Experience with telematics infrastructure, e.g., electronic patient records
• Experience with gematik specifications
