Let's talk. **Your responsibilities** - Above all, you are the recruiting business partner for our Hiring Managers: You share your market insights and provide proactive recommendations for a suitable sourcing strategy or adjustments of our profiles. - You always have an eye on our KPIs, you constantly analyse the process to find new predictors for a world-class recruiting process and new innovative ways that are focused on our values and hiring quality. - As part of the P&C team, you own and/or support overarching projects (such as "telling our air up story" (employer branding), taking our onboarding process to the next level or crunching data to create the deep insight database for our People Analytics approach etc.) **That's you** - You hold a degree in business administration, psychology, social sciences or a comparable field of study. - You have at least 3+ years of professional experience in in-house-recruiting/corporate recruiting (ideally in a start-up environment). - You have well-founded methodological skills and in-depth know-how of sourcing and interviewing methods, and you measure your success using appropriate figures. air up® have developed an innovative and world-first drinking system.
