**Job Mission**

We are searching for a working student to strengthen our People Operations team. As a working student for the People Operations team, you will support our daily administrative tasks and ongoing projects. In this role you will be able to contribute to the further growth of the organization and have an impact on all of our employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the People Operations team by efficiently handling administrative tasks
- Create and manage various People-related documents, including but not limited to employment certificates, visa support letters, and other essential paperwork
- Utilize our ticketing system to organize and address employee inquiries promptly and effectively
- Take charge of drafting and preparing additional agreements and contract amendments
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of payroll-related information to facilitate smooth payroll processing
- Engage proactively in identifying opportunities for process improvement within People Operations

**Job Requirements**:

- You are currently enrolled in a German university, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, and you have at least one more year of studying
- You have a quick grasp and the ability to work independently and accurately
- You have a structured way of working
- A high level of customer and service orientation is one of your strengths
- For you, teamwork means supporting each other, solving problems together and learning together
- You are not satisfied with the status quo, and you are looking for opportunities to accomplish your tasks even better and more efficiently
- Good English language skills, native or fluent German is a plus
