**Your tasks**:

- You will be responsible for the overall management of the eCommerce channel and you will lead the eCommerce team.
- You build and operationalize the eCommerce strategy - embedded in our multi-channel market development - and grow it internationally.
- You are the strategic leader who develops the eCommerce channel in different facets as a key growth driver for the future.
- You will evaluate both national and international potentials taking into account key KPIs.
- In collaboration with your team, you will be responsible for the long-term cooperation model with our partners and ensure its continuous improvement and its optimization.
- You are in close cooperation with international and cross-functional teams, set priorities and create an impact on different levels.
- You are part of and an active contributor to the digital transformation throughout the company.

**Your profile**:

- You have a degree in business administration with a focus on eCommerce or a corresponding education.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of eCommerce. Knowledge of the industry is an advantage.
- You are familiar with the topic of personnel responsibility and experienced in leading and developing a team.
- You are characterized by a quick recognition of market-economic contexts, a feeling for sales key figures as well as good language skills in German and English.
- You have sound knowledge of online marketing channels, performance marketing as well as Retail Media measures and can use these to increase brand visibility and conversion on eCommerce platforms.
- You have experience with logístical processes and SCM in the e-commerce environment as well as in project management of IT implementation projects
