**Duties**: - Performs a wide variety of technical support, focused primarily in the areas of recruitment and staffing. - Coordinates with management officials to recruit for position vacancies. - Creates and posts vacancy announcements. **Requirements**: **Conditions of Employment**: - Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required - Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position - A one year probationary period may be required - Occasional travel for training purposes to off post locations is required - Must complete CHRA NAF Career Path I within 18 months of position placement **Qualifications**: **NF-02 (Developmental)** Possess six (6) months of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, which demonstrates the ability to accomplish various human resources tasks and utilize human resource information systems. - **The experience and ability listed above must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position.** *** **NF-03** 1. Possess six (6) months of work experience in a human resources profession which demonstrates the capability to perform a variety of recruitment functions, such as posting vacancy announcements and rating applicants for qualifications and eligibility. - 2. Possess experience utilizing an automated recruitment and staffing system (i.e. USA Staffing, Avue, Resumix, PeopleSoft, etc.) - 3. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - 4. Ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems. - **The experience and ability listed above must be reflected on your resume to be considered eligible for this position.** **Highly Preferred**: In addition to the qualifications listed above, applicants will possess prior work experience in a NAF Human Resources Office in a recruitment and placement capacity. - Applicants that meet Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.
