No sooner said than done, the recipe was developed - not too sweet, but with plenty of caffeine to take home for the night. In addition, faces printed in black and white on beer bottles, with a name as hanseatic and honest as the cosmopolitan homeland.

Today we are a bit bigger, spritzers and sodas have been added, the glass bottles are small and the contents remain natural.

**What you'll be doing**
- Lead and build the international business, covering all Countries other than Germany within Europe
- Independent strategic analysis and evaluation of Route to market models fitting to market stage and brand strength in the respective markets / market cluster
- Develop concepts other than the two existing route to market models (direct distribution / 3rd party distribution) such as Franchise or Hybrid (on trade & D2C)
- Build strong network on C Level with existing distribution partners and ensure that market / distributor needs are understood and reflected in Fritz strategy
- Identification, where necessary, the most suitable distribution partners where no distribution partner is available or where there is a need to change distribution partners
- Empower, Lead and Train the direct reports (Head of NL/AUS/PL as well as expansion manager Europe)
- Develop ambitious business plans for all European countries (together with direct reports)
- Full responsibility for the Growth & in market execution in Europe (ex Germany)
- Close Cooperation with functional heads within the Base Camp to align and define needs for markets
- P&L statement of the region/countries as well as pre and post evaluation of business opportunities in regard to financial sustainability

**What you should bring along**
- Seasoned sales and marketing professional with more than 10 years commercial experience in the FMCG environment (it is a plus to bring experience from the beverage or CSD industry)
- Great leadership skills to run a team, spread across Europe, build from different nationalities
- Strategic and conceptual thinking skills as well as high analytical competence and affinity for numbers
- Proven track record to grow sales in new markets
- Strong network to distribution partners across Europe
- Understanding of the route to market in the on-trade channel in different markets
- Share the value that brands are build via brand building rather brand selling
- Very good project management skills
- Business fluent in written and spoken English. Another language is an advantage.
- Distinct understanding about the local route to market and brand building elements.
- Negotiation skills (always interact as equals) as well as perseverance and implementation skills
- Entrepreneurial, proactive as well as customer-oriented approach to work
- Distinct self-motivation and confident appearance
- High travel commitment (60 %)
- Ideally based in Europe or Hamburg
