**Aufgaben**:

- Participate in every aspect of Engineering Change Notification (ECN) tasks
- Actively lead and partake in meetings related to changes, offering valuable insights and contributions as needed
- Efficiently manage the exchange of change documentation among both internal and external stakeholders
- Examine and execute product modifications in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, while monitoring and reporting the outcomes
- Collaborate with other worldwide entities to coordinate and align changes across the organization
- Effectively communicate the cost, timeframes, and potential obstacles of changes to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making

**Profil**:

- You have earned a bachelor's or master's degree in Business and Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a similar field, and have several years of work experience ideally in an international company
- You have strong experience in a product business setting and are skilled in production planning and master scheduling
- You are familiar with change planning processes, including Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Engineering Change Requests (ECR), and Engineering Change Notifications (ECN)
- You have mandatory experience with MS Dynamics, SAP R/3 or other ERP/MRP systems (especially BOM knowledge) and can be proven via track record
- You have strong analytical skills and prioritize a structured approach in your work
- You are adept at developing strategic concepts, negotiating, and synthesizing different perspectives into one solution
- Your technical and economic expertise enhances your understanding of the needs of stakeholders in pre
- and post-process stages
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German (C1-Level) are required
