Seeking an Engineering Manager with an in-depth experience of managing multi discipline engineers for the execution of a world-scale Ammonia Project either on Client or Contractor side.Essential dutiesAwareness of Client's Project HSE requirements and compliance with all relevant policies and procedures of the Integrated Management Systems and the relevant AuthoritiesAwareness of client's quality requirements and compliance with all relevant policies and proceduresActively contribute to safety walks, reporting of accidents and investigation of accidents, if any.Support the Project Director by assisting and managing all Engineering activitiesEnsure implementation of the Client's Contract requirements in area of responsibility and report any deviation to the Project DirectorEnsure full implementation and adherence to the HSE Regulations and proper follow up of the HSE Procedures and Instructions in all areas of WorkResponsible for progress of all Engineering activitiesFollow up EPCC Contractor and Subcontractors for all Project phases to assure the quality and safety aspects of the work and report any deviations.Follow up EPCC Contractors/Subcontractors regarding interpretation and proper implementation of the technical content of the EPCC Contract documentsFollow up schedule and progress including detection of deviation from the EPCC Contract scheduleSupport Contract Manager in technical review of Contractor's Claims and Variation Order RequestsProvide support to Interface Team related to finalizing Spare Parts quantities and review of Spare Parts for quality and adherence to EPCC Contract requirements once Spare Parts arrive on Site.Manage all the design changes and their implementationVerify all Project Non-Conformances, supports Contract Manager and provides recommendation in accordance with PIM procedureMake sure that the issues raised in the NCR are resolved and documented in a satisfactory, timely and traceable mannerIdentify, report and follow up risks within own area of responsibilityResponsible for providing the inputs to the monthly report Steering Committee / Board presentations and other reporting matters as per specific requests from Project DirectorShall ensure that the engineering, installation and delivery for all tie ins, are developed to ensure proper implementation on both Company and EPCC Contractor side according to the obligations and schedules stated in the EPCC Contract.Engineering Manager shall be responsible for ensuring the supply of raw materials and utilities as per the EPCC Contract requirements.Shall ensure Project Close Out with EPCC Contractor in line with PIM and Project ProceduresInitiate "Project Changes" affecting his function/ discipline in accordance with the Project Information ManualShall document and submit his Lessons Learned in accordance with relevant PIM procedureShall support Project Director in the review each of PT lessons learned and finalization of Lessons Learned ReportRequirements:University Degree in Chemical highly desired5+ years' experienced in the engineering of Fertilizers plant (Blue Ammonia, UreaFluent English written and spoken Branche: ChemieindustrieFunktion: Ingenieurwesen/PlanungFührungsperson: JaAnstellungsart: Festanstellung
