Build the German market with us, step on the road to success and feel inspired. **Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do**: - Work together with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets, including copy, visuals, and multimedia content. - Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize data analytics to segment customers based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. - Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics, such as customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. - Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and our regional hub, to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives and ensure cross-functional integration. **Here's some of the things you'll bring**: - Very good written and spoken German and English skills - At least 1 year of professional experience in CRM - Very good communication and teamwork skills - Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO - Analytical and conceptual skills - Creativity - Independent working style and proactive mindset At SharkNinja, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is vital to our global success.
