Do you want to change the market for home services and are up for new challenges? Are you eager to try out new things in order to reach constant growth?

As Managing Director Germany (all genders) you will bring our strategic initiatives from our different brands (Premium, Select etc.) together, promote the alignment among each other and thus advance our company's success on our biggest market

**Specifically, this means**:

- You define the vision of Helpling on the German market together with the management team and implement it into local strategies with your teams of managers.
- You are responsible for the P&L of Helpling in Germany and work with your teams on their profitable growth strategy.
- You support your teams in defining and improving their service levels and ensure that best practices are communicated and shared.
- You communicate the strategies internally to secure the cooperation of the relevant stakeholders and to ensure smooth operations.
- You establish collaborations with potential partner companies and also represent us in public (panels, press inquiries, etc.).
- You work closely with all HQ functions.
- You are a mentor for your Direct Reports and ensure that your teams develop and achieve their goals.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- You have a strong growth focus and enjoy trying out and creating new products
- You have several years of professional experience in a similar position and bring experience from startup, company builder or similar agile environment
- You already have experience in leading larger teams and know what leadership means that motivates and develops employees
- You work analytically and in a structured way, are hands-on and can prioritize your tasks efficiently, experience with OKRs is a plus
- You have a Getting Things Done attitude, a high energy level and a desire to represent us in public (press meetings, panels, etc.)
- Excellent German & English skills complete your profile
