Was du bei uns machst:

- Unser Technisches Service Team ist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Händler und Endkunden bei technischen Fragen rund um das Produkt - kurzum geht es darum, unsere Kunden glücklich zu machen
- Deine Tätigkeit ist äußerst wichtig für das gesamte Unternehmen, da deine Rückmeldung es unserem Qualitätsteam ermöglicht, frühzeitig Probleme zu erkennen und zu lösen
- Du fährst im Team zum Kunden, um direkt vor Ort kritische Probleme zu beheben
- Du bearbeitest Reklamationen und entscheidest die Gegenmaßnahmen selbstständig
- Du spielst eine aktive Rolle bei der Schulung von Kunden und auch Kollegen und unterstützt andere internen Abteilungen bei technischen Themen

Wann du zu uns passt:

- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektroinstallation o.Ä.
- Du bringst erste Erfahrungen in der serviceorientierten Kundenbetreuung mit
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke (insbesondere am Telefon) sowie Organisationstalent und eine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Du kannst auf gute PC- und MS-Office Anwenderkenntnissen sowie sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zurückgreifen
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
